Phenikaa University is located in Ha Dong district, Hanoi Capital. The distance from Ha Dong to the center of Hanoi is about 10 km and the travel time is about 30-45 minutes by skytrain, car or motorbike. There are many options for accommodation in Ha Dong with different prices, ranging from 15 – 60 USD/person/night.

1. Wyndham Garden Hanoi, a four-star hotel located approximately 10 minutes by taxi/Grab from Phenikaa University. Room rates are approximately USD 50-60 per room per night, depending on the room type and booking dates. Participants are kindly requested to make and pay for their room reservations directly with the hotel or agoda, booking… Early booking is strongly recommended, as room availability may be limited.
For participants staying at this hotel, the Organizing Committee may arrange daily shuttle transportation between the hotel and the conference venue. Further details and the shuttle schedule will be communicated to registered participants in due course.
